fui9 Terms & Conditions

fui9 is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and various other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between you and fui9.

By accessing the platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

• Each individual may register only one account.

Account Security Responsibilities

fui9 supports transactions through well-known mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each payment method).
• Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Once a deposit is successfully processed, it is generally added to your wallet within a few minutes.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: once the request is processed, funds generally arrive within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless fui9 approves otherwise.
• Additional identity verification documents may be requested if needed.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

fui9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for both new and existing members. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Or a deposit of ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳37,000.

Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms and conditions.
• fui9 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be reviewed and the bonus may be cancelled.
• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts or identities is strictly prohibited.
• VIP members will receive special benefits according to their tier (see the VIP section for details).

All games on fui9 are operated on fair and transparent principles. A certified Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes.

Cricket Betting

The cricket betting section offers the opportunity to place bets on various international and domestic cricket events — such as the T20 World Cup, BPL, IPL, and many more tournaments. fui9 reserves the right to change market odds at any time. Bets will be settled based on officially announced and broadcast results.

Slot Games & Casino

If a user's connection is interrupted or a technical fault occurs while playing slot games or live casino, fui9 will determine the game result according to the server logs. fui9's decision is final in the event of any technical error or dispute.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for various games and markets, and are displayed on the relevant game page. fui9 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fui9 platform and may result in account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Using artificial betting strategies (arbitrage, bonus hunting) to earn bonuses.
• Unauthorized access or attempted access to another user's account.
• Using software bots, automation tools, or any kind of hacking tools.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
• Operating an account using a false identity or information.

fui9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• Failure to pass financial security verification.
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Account Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their account, they may contact the fui9 support team. All pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.

fui9 makes every effort to provide uninterrupted and error-free service on its platform. However, fui9's liability will be limited in certain circumstances:

• Losses caused by technical faults, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• System failures by third-party payment providers.
• Unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).
• Losses caused by the user's own device or connectivity issues.

Under no circumstances will fui9 be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. fui9's total liability will never exceed the amount deposited by the user in the preceding 30 days.

• Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• A temporary break or self-exclusion option is available for use.
